Returns Policy


Here at O Soleil, we would like to ensure that our little customers are happy and comfortable with their new items. Exchange: O Soleil is unable to accommodate exchanges currently. Should you wish to select a different size or product from our wide collection, please follow the returns process below or contact us directly.


We offer a return service for all purchases within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Products must be unused and in a satisfactory condition with all tags (where applicable) included. We encourage customers to try the shoes on carpets to avoid any damage. Additionally, please retain all documentation and packaging to return your order. All returns must be shipped back in their original shoe box and our O Soleil tote bag. Merchandise that has been altered or damaged will not be accepted. O Soleil reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

All products returned to O Soleil will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Purchases will be reimbursed on the same card used at the time of payment. Please note that the original shipping charges and customs fees and taxes, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 21 days to be reflected into your account.

Returns Cost:

O Soleil is pleased to offer its customers in UAE free returns on all orders. For customers outside UAE, kindly use the contact us page to arrange for your return. Returns from outside the UAE will be subject to a AED30 returns fee.
